Hello, my name is Yolanda from the Philippines & I have a daughter who urgently needs your help. Her name is Shine & she's 4 years old. She has a condition called Profound Bilateral Hearing Loss, a condition that causes speech delay & difficulty in hearing. She's a friendly, lively little girl who wants to go to school, but won't be able to because she needs hearing aid for her theraphy.
