On Sunday 8th October I’ll be taking on the 2017 Plusnet Yorkshire Marathon, that’s 26 miles (42 km) of track through beautiful Yorkshire. http://www.theyorkshiremarathon.com/

This is over twice the distance of any race I’ve completed to date and will be the biggest test of my endurance/fitness to date. I’m thrilled to be have the opportunity to do this in aid of in aid the Men for Mental Health campaign www.menformentalhealth.com/

Men for Mental Health is a non-profit awareness campaign, social network and support community. Providing a potential resource and outlet for information, support forums and guidance. The initiative's mission is to create a familiar, accessible and approachable environment to allow for a simple, straight forward discourse surrounding men's mental health. Donations will go towards facilitating growth and expansion in a way that will allow for a far-reaching and progressive positive influence.
