Young carers. They work so hard to juggle everything, to cook meals, pay for food and other expenses, go to school and do homework. But most of all, they need to look after their sick parents and care for younger brothers or sisters. We are planning to raise money to help them. Half will go to a small charity (It will make a difference!) and the other half will be put towards raising awareness. This includes making things like leaflets. We are doing this because young carers do not have enough support at home and at school. The school needs to know which of their pupils is a young carer so that they can give support and help with catching up on school work and homework. This matters to me as I am a child myself and I cannot imagine juggling all these things. Please donate to children who care for their ill parents. It will mean a lot to them that people care, because they've never had someone care for them like that before. No one is there to give them hugs, to play and to make them feel like they're not alone. They need support. Don't leave young carers scared and cowering in the dark. Thank you .
