Join us in getting active for Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW), where as a community we will be attempting to run 2000km in a week.
This year's MHAW theme is Nature. Outdoor physical activity can be hugely beneficial for your mental health and so we're encouraging you to get outdoors, and head out on a walk or a run, while tracking the data on Strava.
You can join Young Goat's Strava club which will automatically upload your distance and help us towards our goal of 2000km in a week - https://www.strava.com/clubs/927803
All the money raised will be donated to our three fantastic partner mental heath charities: OTR Bristol, Second Step and Black Minds Matter.
In addition, 10% of all sales made on our website this week will be added to our final donation. Let's get active and let's get talking.
