Please help us raise money for vulnerable young people aged between 16 and 17 who are at risk of homelessness!

The amazing young people at Evolve Youth Hubs (Swansea Young People Services) are walking up Pen Y Fan on the 3rd of August to raise money for young people who are at risk of homelessness. The fundraising will be donated to the BAYS Plus @Info-Nation Barnardo’s Youth Homeless Prevention Service.

Universal Credit has put some of the most vulnerable young people in Swansea into severe hardship due to their long winded (up to 6 weeks) decision making process. In this time young people have no access to money for food, toiletries and sanitary products. Barnardo's as a service support the young people through this but stocks are very low, hence the fundraising!
