Story
We are hoping to help with the costs for a local child, Edward Dee whom sadly past away from meningitis on the 4th of December.
We are deeply saddened and would like to show our support and send our condolences to the Dee family for the loss of their son, my son's friend by doing a charity walk in Edwards memory and bringing awareness to meningitis.
A two mile walk on Blackpool prom handing out leaflets with information about the signs of this infection, being sent from the uk meningitis charity today.
The walk will start at Blackpool tram station to the beach house and back again on the 11th at 11am.
