Story

The challenge…… Get from John O’Groats to Lands End armed with nothing but pedal power and willpower! (just incase you did not know, cycle the length of Great Britain over 1000miles). The twist…. en route we will tackle the three peaks: Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon! None of us are particularly gifted cyclists, all of us are going to suffer. But it will be worth it as it's all for charity!

The route details are here (http://goo.gl/maps/2Y6wF ) however we have decided that the more people that we can get involved the better and we would love for anyone to join us on the tour for 1 day, 3 days or even a week just for the moral support! Just drop me a message and I will be happy to pass on any details via email or Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/events/154540441369050/

Rather than just cycle for "fun" we decided that it would be nice if someone were to benefit from our punishment, hence we will be riding for CALM & Kidney Research UK.

As many of you will know on Friday 10th February 2012 one of my closest friends Lanfranco Gaglione passed away. The Campaign Against Living Miserably offers young men information when they are down or in crisis and it is a charity that we can all really relate to having had Lan in our lives and losing him so tragically.

I am not asking for much, anything you can spare will help and hopefully we can raise enough to really help people. Please spread the word, invite people you know and donate what you can at the link below…

See you in the saddle!
