Since being diagnosed with Crohn's disease around 5 years ago, I have lost all fitness and all motivation to get fit, until now! 

Deciding to take part in an UWCB programme is a massive challenge for me, but for the fantastic cause that is Cancer Research UK it was also an easy decision.

Take a second and think........has anyone you know or been close to been affected by the horrible disease which is CANCER! 

The answer to that question for the majority of people including me is yes. This is why it was so easy for me to agree to take part!

Seeing as I have never even wore a boxing glove in my life, this is such a crazy thing to do be doing. But will be an experience I will never forget.

I will start with 8 weeks intensive training, then will be the big night on the 19th March. Where I will be putting all the training to the test in the ring for 3 x 2 minute rounds!
