I'm challenging myself to a DECHOX and giving up chocolate for March to raise money for lifesaving heart research. I'm a bit of a chocolate addict. I'm hoping that by giving up chocolate I'll make healthier choices and try some new bakes that don't involve chocolate (as I'm always baking!). What is DECHOX?

The UK’s first ever DECHOX is here! A nationwide sponsored challenge to give up chocolate for March and raise money for lifesaving heart research. Any sort of cocoa is a no-no, which means chocolate sweets, treats, biscuits, ice cream, cake – and even the chocolate sprinkles on your cappuccino – are off limits during March.
