We work throughout the world helping to improve the lives of donkeys and mules

Story

We are offering our supporters an opportunity to own one of these beautiful knitted Woolley donkeys to mark the centenary year of World War 1.

Each donkey has been lovingly created by Doreen O'Duffy from Shropshire, who is one of our volunteer army of knitters who knit these lovable characters that we then sell in our shop to raise funds for our donkeys and mules.

Doreen has knitted three white donkeys and has sewn on a white blanket with "1914-2014" across the length of the blanket as well as decorated with felt poppies on the blanket, nose band and head.

The fourth donkey is a beautiful silver/grey which has been decorated with a red, white, blue tail with matching blanket and also decorated with felt poppies on the noseband and head.

Prize draw

We have four Centenary Woolleys looking for a new home. If you would like a chance to win one, all we ask is that you make a donation.

We will be drawing the four lucky winners' names on Tuesday 30th September 2014 at 2.30pm who will each receive one of these Centenary Woolleys.

When entering the prize draw, please specify if you would prefer to rehome either one of the white or the silver/grey Centenary Woolleys.

Don't forget to tick the box to stay informed so that we can contact you when making an online donation.
