Neil and I wanted to set up a fun family event to help raise money for Get ahead charity. Our friend, Mel Jaggard, recently passed away following an extremely brave battle against a rare form of cancer called ACC. Mel was, in short, amazing. Despite her health battles, she was one of the most inspiring people you could ever meet. She never complained about her illness - she was always too busy being interested in what you were doing. Always in our hearts, she will never be forgotten. Our thoughts are with Hubby Charlie and twins Tommy and Amelie.

Get ahead charity raises money for head, neck and other rare cancers and has been greatly involved in Mel's story.

We've decided to use Just Giving as a way of collecting money for our Olympic day and to raise funds for Mel's charity. If you would like to come along to our Olympic Day at Lee Valley Athletics track please make a donation. The following donations is a guide but feel free to give more if you can:
