I am taking part in the 2019 London Marathon and raising money for the Hospice. This is why.....

my mum cared for people her whole life. Every job she had involved putting someone else before herself, she worked at the Hospice for years and loved the role she was in as well as all of the wonderful friends and colleagues.

After being diagnosed with cancer in 2012 and going through the awful ordeal of treatment my mums cancer spread and became terminal. 

Her fight for life ended at 10:40pm on the 3rd February 2013 and she was gone but never forgotten.

 Please give what you can, every penny will be used by the Hospice to give someone and their family the best goodbye.
