In 2014 I did my first Half marathon. In January 2015, with the pain of Windsor a distant memory, I realised I needed a new challenge, In addition to my impending mid-life crisis, I have another reason for wanting to complete this challenge. In November last year one of my oldest and closest friends was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer and started her treatment in January this year. Little is known about this from of breast cancer other than that it is more difficult to treat and so research is vital. I shall, therefore, be completing my runs in aid of Cancer Research.So the agreed plan to date is 4 half marathons, one 20mile walk and a 10K with  my bravest friend and lots of other lovely ladies.
