I'm investing my time, effort and money in the hope of generating funds for Candlelighters - a charity which provides support to families in Yorkshire effected by children's cancer. 

The charity supports children and their families in so many ways, from providing Chemo Ducks (a fun, interactive way of showing children who are about to undergo chemotherapy what to expect), to a little pampering to parents (a parent can spend 3 months by their child's hospital bed) and also funding research. This is really only the tip of the iceberg, the charity does much more, please read about their work at https://www.candlelighters.org.uk/what-we-do/ The charity is 100% funded by the public. 

I'm taking part in:

1) The main event - Yorkshire 3 Peaks on 2nd July 2017 with work colleagues.

2) Gung-Ho! a 5km inflatable obstacle course on 20th May 2017 with work colleagues and Claire Ellis (daughter of Joanne Coultas & Simon Ellis). 

In addition to raising funds for Candlelighters, I also aim to raise awareness of the excellent work they do.
