Story

Damian Walters, CEO of the British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation, is climbing the treacherous precipices of the world's largest mountain, Everest, for The Furniture Makers’ Company, the furnishing industry's charity.

In April 2017, Damian will depart for Nepal, then onto the north face of the mountain in Tibet where the challenge, to climb the highest land point on earth, at just over 29,000 feet above sea level, begins.

He will be taking a flag adorned with supporters' names (no company names), which will be secured to remain on top of the world forever.

This is a unique opportunity to support Damian's ascent and a great cause plus have a name of your choice printed on the flag.

It’s an excellent Christmas gift for someone who has everything and an incredible way to remember a loved one.

HOW.
1. Simply donate a minimum of £20 by clicking on the Donate Button. BUT PLEASE READ THE NEXT POINT BEFORE CONTINUING

2. Enter payment details and leave a message including the name of the person you want printed on the flag. Please take care with spelling (email fundraiser@furnituremakers.org.uk if you go wrong)

3. There are no rules on what names can be included, but remember the flag will include memorial names, so please be sensible. Damian has the right to omit names if we think they're inappropriate.

WHEN.
You need to make your online donation by Friday 10th March 2017 to guarantee your chosen name on the flag.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE IS LIMITED ON THE FLAG, SO DONATE NOW TO ENSURE YOUR NAME.
