Creating a Campaign Page Guide
Need some help getting your Campaign Page up and running? Use our step by step guide along with top tips to create your best campaign yet.
Add a title, description, target and event details
This section covers key elements of your Campaign including if there is a specific event associated with your Campaign. The title, target, and description are what will appear in our search results and what people will see at first glance. Including a target is a fantastic way to make the Campaign Page more visual, and we know that pages with a target go on to raise more on average.
Don’t forget to personalize your Donor thank you message. It’s an opportunity to let all donors know about the work you do.

Set logos, colours and background for your Campaign
This section contains simple steps to make sure your JustGiving Campaign aligns with your charity’s branding and mission. Add your charity logo so it will appear on your Campaign as well as on your supporters’ Fundraising Pages. In the colour settings, a color hex code is a way of specifying a colour to make sure you can really make your charity’s branding stand out. To optimize your branding, add a background image that’s either a repeating pattern or a zoomed out image, avoid text in this image.

Campaign Landing Page
Add cover photo, story and video to your Campaign
This section is where you can really take your Campaign to the next level. Here you have 2,000 characters (not words) to tell the story of your Campaign, try to keep it engaging and short. Use titles, headers or bullet points to help break out the story or insert images to help tell your story. Can you include a ‘shopping list’ of examples of what different amounts would cover for your charity? Why not embed a video?

Fundraising Pages Content
Define default content and targets for Fundraisers’ Pages
Here you can set the Fundraising Page contents that will appear automatically when someone creates a new Fundraising Page for your Campaign. This allows you to control the messaging and guide the fundraising goals for all of your supporters. The default cover photo and story uploaded here will appear on each Fundraising Page, make it something that represents your charity.

The final step is simple, its time for you to create the allimportant Campaign link. This is the address that will appear on the internet for the general public. Remember that this text cannot be changed after your Campaign is published! Don’t forget to select Preview in the top right hand corner to spot typos, repetition and check that all images look perfect!
