This started off as an exercise in fad-dom. Never one to miss out on a Mens Health fad, the June 2010 issue had an article about training to do 100 consecutive press-ups.
Most people think woa - that's a big number, I can do 10 but not 100. This article has a 6 week programme to take the absolute beginner up to the required level.
