The George Inn at Frant will once again be hosting The World Sloe Gin Championships on Sunday 16th December from 3pm.  All entry fees and donations on the day will be donated to Hospice in the Weald.

The Sloe Gin Championships are open to both artisan and home gin makers.

A panel of judges will taste entries in both categories and winners will be duly announced.

You are welcome to come along and join in the fun, as all the Gins will be available to taste for a small donation to Hospice in the Weald.

The George Inn is a traditional village pub specialising in good food and fine hospitality. It comprises two bars, restaurant, large enclosed garden with childrens’ play area and a car park.

All food is home made and served every session except Monday evenings and includes bar meals and snacks, daily specials, vegetarian dishes steak & ale pie, venison and lots of other traditional dishes including a roast on Sunday.
