Later this year on the 14th June, Mark and I will undertake one of the most demanding mountain walking challenges in the Lake District - 24 peaks in 24 hours.

We will scale 24 of the greatest peaks in the Lake District, each one being over 2400ft. 

We are raising money in memory of my sister, Donna, who our family lost tragically to Meningitis in April 2013.

My sister loved the Lake District, so it seemed fitting that to raise money in her memory, we chose one of the most difficult hiking and navigation challenges. She would have loved the 24 peaks challenge, and will certainly have a laugh at us bimbling around in the dark at the head of the Ennerdale valley.
