Story

We'd normally be getting ready to cheer on our London Marathon runners right about now. But the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic means that so many events - raising such important funds - can't go ahead this year.

But by taking on the #26DipsChallenge, you can still make a difference for blind and partially sighted people in your community, who need our support more than ever during this time of social distancing.

It's never been easier to show you care. Simply complete 26 tricep dips (or 26 biscuits dips in tea if you'd prefer!), donate £6, and tag six of your friends to take on the challenge on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

Together we can rebuild lives, strengthen sight loss services and ensure blind and partially sighted people are not forgotten when they need our help most. Thank you!
