We hope to raise awareness of the good work Trinity Hospice do for end of life care. Our colleague and friend, Kieran, was looked-after here for the last few weeks of his life back in October 2014 and we wanted to do something to say a big thank-you and to give others the chance to have the same level of care and dignity he was shown.
