Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On the 6th May 2017, a team of six of us will attempt to do at least 30,000 strict press ups in 10 hours. Why? because we think we can and hopefully we will also raise a load of cash for the John Thornton Young Achievers Foundation. John was a brother Royal Marine who died on active service. His family set up a foundation in his memory to allow young people the chance to be all they can be. Since then Young people that they have helped have climbed physical as well as mental mountains and many more deserve the chance to be the best that they can be. You can help by donating on this page and supporting us on the day.................Come down and see how many press ups you can do in one go/one minute/without dropping to your knees.......get your friends to sponsor you as well. Thank you for taking the time to read this page.

About the charity
