We raise funds for UK & Eire worthy causes to make a positive difference

Story

With the support of Careys Foundation we aim to complete the Three Peak Challenge on Saturday 22nd September in aid of our local MIND chapter BWW Mind, a very worthy cause close to our team's hearts. We will scale Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.

Why We Chose to Support MIND....

Our local Brent, Westminster, Wandsworth Mind was an easy choice in selecting a charity for our construction team’s 3 Peaks Challenge fundraiser. Mind is a UK-based charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding. For more information on BWW Mind please visit www.bwwmind.org

Within the construction industry, 1 in 6 workers will be dealing with a mental health issue at any given time and our industry claims the highest suicide rate in the country. We at Careys are working hard to change this.

MIND’s initiative to improve awareness and remove stigmas surrounding mental health, while providing support to those experiencing a mental health issue, is an initiative that is close to our team members' hearts. We are thrilled to support MIND’s work and the 3 Peaks Challenge is proof that with training, a little faith, and team support you can overcome any struggle.

Thanks in advance for your support

From The 30GS Dream Team (Alahna, Paul Moran, Patrick Corcoran, Amy Morgan, Craig K De Sloan, Luke Spencer, Sean Sugrue & Rachel Penfold)
