On 2nd September 2017 we set out to tackle the Yorkshire 3 Peaks as a group of four....and returned as just three.

Chris Wainwright, reached the top of Pen-y-gent but said he needed a sit down on the initial descent. He never got back up. 

To show our gratitude to Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Cave Rescue Organisation volunteers who tried to save him and helped us out, we plan to walk again on 6th May 2018. This time we'll be walking with Chris's friends, colleagues and hopefully some of the wonderful critical care nurses who just happened to be behind us on the day and gave their amazing support.
