If just a handful of my friends spare the cost of a mulled wine this December, then together we can help MIND support people with mental health difficulties, and continue their campaigning work for better services and support for all.

It's hardly a marathon, but as I'm only just back in my running shoes, it's definitely going to be a challenge!  I've committed to rack up 50k between 1st Dec and Christmas Day, and I will make sure I push myself to get out in the cold and dark as I am doing it in support of such an important cause.
