Ltd would like to invite yourself to a Five A Side Football Tournament in aid
of Ellenor hospice care –   Friday
12^th October 2018

We have set our self a
target of raising £10,000.00 this year for the hospice

The venue for the tournament is;

Goals Soccer Centres, Baldon Sports Ground, Eltham Palace Road, Eltham,
SE9 5LU

To
register simply reply to this email confirming your interest and complete the
team list attached with your chosen team name by 31 July 2018.  Registration
fees are £500 To be paid onto our JustGiving Page –

If
you are up for the challenge and would consider entering a team this year to
support the above, I would be grateful if you can respond by 10^th July 2018 confirming your interest and your chosen team (to my
email address below). 

If
however, you are unable to enter a team but would still like to contribute to
