Story
We are a couple who have struggled with our weight all of our lives and have decided to lose weight for the festive season.
So we would like to try and raise money for a charity close to us as a family which is alpha one.
The son of our close friend of our has been diagnosed with an alpha one deficiency from a very young age and we would like to help.
So we are aiming to lose 5 stone on the 15 weeks lead up to Christmas Day.
So please help us raise money for this great charity as fight the flab.
