I'm Dante, I'm 9yrs old, my brother Cam is 5 and after learning about children's mental health at school, we want to raise money with the help and participation of other children, for the charity Young Minds.

We're extending the 5K adventure challenge due to the over whelming response from young people wanting to get involved. You can complete your 5K adventure at your own pace and in your own time. This is open to any young person/family, to get involved in, just use this link and our collective donations go direct to Young Minds.

We like cycling and playing football so we might play football to cover our 5K. You could do whatever you're interested in.

Dancing, hiking, a walk in the forest or a virtual run are a few ideas. You can see some completed 5K adventures in the gallery of this page. As long as it's something active and you cover the distance it counts!

There's power in numbers so collectively we hope we can raise a lot for other struggling children.

I wish we could do this with all our friends but until it's safe the adventure should be done with your family or support bubble.
