Fundraising for Save the Children
Story
There is a Chinese saying that goes:
“If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go fishing. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.” For centuries, the greatest thinkers have suggested the same thing: Happiness is found in helping others.
I have been fortunate to experience a similar joy on several occasions in the past, be it walking 100 km for Oxfam to raise INR 1.5 lacs, fulfilling the wishlist of Senior citizens during Joy of Giving Week or celebrating Diwali with street children.
For me, helping others means living a life that is not only happier but also healthier, wealthier, more productive, and meaningful.
So, this time, I am planning to trek for kids & raise a sum of INR 4.5 lacs for NGO -Save the Children.
I request you all for some help & donation. The funds generated would be used to save the lives of thousands of children in developing countries. For every penny raised by me, GSK would donate an equivalent amount from its side.
P.S: Please do not pay the platform fees. This is already covered by GSK.
