Having turned 40 this year, I wanted to take part on an endurance event which would challenge me both physically and mentally. 

With the impending event, a mere two weeks away, I am looking to share my JustGiving page as I intend to raise some money for the fantastic Caister Volunteer Lifeboat Service. 

On the 14th September 2019 I will run, ride and kayak 105 miles across the Scottish highlands and from coast to coast.

The Caister Volunteer Lifeboat Service is close to my heart as my grandfather Harry Pascoe was an active volunteer in various capacities throughout his life. Caister Lifeboat was Britain’s first independent lifeboat service and has been saving lives at sea since 1791. Their motto of Caister men never look back will motivate me throughout the challenge.
