It's been a while since I asked for cold hard cash for my running, but recently it came to light that there is an issue that effects a great many people and last year affected people I know personally, one story ended with a happy ended but sadly one ended with tragic consequences. I am therefor going to do my utmost to raise money this year for Action on Pre-Eclampsia, not only do this fabulous charity offer training for medical professional, they also offer support to those who have been personally affected, something that is desperately needed when you are dealt such a cruel hand at what should be the most exciting time in your life.

Pre-eclampsia still affects 4,000,000 pregnancies every year, a woman still dies from this condition every 6 minutes, scary stuff. Every penny I raise will go towards to this charity and I promise I will put my 100% into every training training to make you see your donation is worthwhile. I'm aiming to kick the 2 hour mark this year and so i have a punishing training schedule ahead of me.
