Kangaroos is a registered charity in Haywards Heath providing recreational and leisure activities for children and young people alike from 6 to 30, with learning difficulties and complex medical needs. Dedicated volunteers and staff strive to enrich the lives of those in need.

As for me, I seem to have rushed through 60 and find myself back on the saddle after many years of looking at my bike in the garage! I will be cycling through two of South East Asia's most fascinating countries, starting in Vietnam and finishing in Cambodia.

I do hope you will find a moment to consider sponsoring me on my trip to February, its for a fantastic cause and truly a personal challenge.
