I am running the Leeds 10k to raise money for the Makaton Charity. This Charity helps Children and Young Adults who can not communicate through Speech. Money I raise can help train and teach parents and teachers how to sign using makaton.

Having a nine year old niece with Down's syndrome  who can not speak, and tries her hardest to  communicates through Makaton Signing how important it is to learn how to sign to help her communicate with others.
