Story

The RAF is celebrating its Centenary this year and I'm taking part in the Spitfire 100k Challenge.

The RAF100 Appeal supports the Royal Air Force and four RAF charities: the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, the Royal Air Forces Association, the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust and the Royal Air Force Museum.

Now heading for 200km - cycling and walking around parks, along rivers and on the Isle of Wight.
