The month of June Omnipotent Crossfit will be undertaking a charity row to raise funds for PEEK project - a local Glasgow charity for children. As a gym, we will be aiming on rowing from Glasgow to Paris (1,096km).

The format of the event will be that all members who want to participate will be placed into teams of three, with a prize for the team who manages to row the most km. A kilometres board will be set up in the gym, so whenever you can manage to fit in a couple of kilometres (before or after your workouts), you simply add to the gym's total.

A Just Giving Page will be set up when we have all the details finalised and we would ask that you share this with all your friends and family, in support of this great cause. Along with that, there will be a bucket placed in the gym for any loose change you may have from buying your water or protein shakes.

On **Friday the 24th of June** we will be having the final row over the finish line, where we will all come down to the gym to row the final leg. So, please keep this date in your diary, as we will be partnering up with a local business in the area to put on some food and drinks for all of our rowers and any friends and family afterwards who want to come down.
