Both Bob and I have lived with or supported someone with mental ill health, we really want to support those who support others, lets make this a thing of the past. 

Everyone suffers mental ill health at some point in their lives for many reasons, talking and sharing and getting through is possible with the support of friends, family and charities like Cygnus Support.

Walking With Mental Ill Health can feel like walking on hot coals, so we are walking the walk, hand in hand support each other.
