Mike and I will be cycling 150 miles and climbing 4,000m (and hopefully all before the Wales match starts!). If we can help get recycled bikes to people in Africa who can benefit so much from a cheap, easy to fix, pollution free way to get to school, work, the doctors then that will certainly help us on our way.
