Fundraising for Kick 4 Life
Story
In November I will be joining the Kick4Life charity to travel to Lesotho, a tiny and extremely poor country in South Africa where we will spend 10 days delivering health education and supporting in the local community.
Kick4Life uses the power of sport to inspire and encourage young people to make positive changes in their lives. They also give intensive and holistic care to vulnerable young children and encourage them to take advantage of opportunities available - education, training and employment.
Kick4Life is a small independently ran charity so the money raised really does go to support those in need in Lesotho. For more information on Kick4Life please visit www.kick4life.org
Africa has always held a special place in my heart and I am a firm believer in the power of sport to raise confidence, encourage teamwork and to keep a healthy, positive mind so having the opportunity to go and work alongside the inspiring team at Kick4Life and not only make a difference but meet some truly special people there also.
