This is a great charity that is close to my heart.

1 in 4 people suffer from mental health problems every year but only 1 in 6 speak to someone about it.

The suicide and self harming levels are high.

Thanks to charities like Mind, the word is out there and people have started talking about it.

Our mission is to keep raising awareness that mental health problems can effect anyone, any age.
