Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I am running the Liverpool Marathon on the 26th of May. The longest I have ever ran so far is a Half Marathon and the thought of doing double that is really quite daunting. But now, I have such a good motive to do so. I also have an excellent running buddy. Also, I did say I'd run 26 miles before I turn 26.. how is that so soon?! 

My main motive is to run this in memory of my Dad. Sadly, after a long battle, he lost his fight with cancer last June. Accord Hospice were there throughout this journey. The palliative care they provided throughout and particularly in the final few months really made such a difference to my Dad, they went above and beyond to minimise any pain and ensure he was as comfortable as possible. In addition, the help and support in which myself and my family have received since last June has been incredible. Accord really went above and beyond and are an amazing charity. 

Please support me in running the 26.2 miles. I'm sure my Dad will be cheering me on and would love to be supported by as many of you as possible!
