As some of you aware I will be fighting in a charity boxing match in October, I've been boxing for a while now just to keep fit mainly so this will be a new challenge and by far my toughest yet!

I will be raising money for the Ipswich Hospital Charity with all donations going to their Sunrise Appeal, this is a new campaign to raise money specifically for the neonatal and paediatric ward.

This is very close to my heart as my baby daughter has had a couple of admissions into the ward since the age of 3 months with on going care now. They do such a fantastic job with all the children and there families on a daily basis I would like to give something back. The Money raised will help go towards new equipment needed to transform local children's lives .
