One of my life's biggest ironies is that my birthday is also M.E awareness day. So, I am asking all of my friends and family who would usually buy me a birthday card to instead donate the amount that they would have spent to the wonderful M.E Association. 

The M.E Association are a great organisation that has a massive impact on people living with M.E, their families, research and raising awareness. When I was a young teen I was diagnosed and that was the end of medical intervention. Thankfully, things are starting to change - your donations will help keep things going in the right direction for the 250k+ people in the UK alone with a misrepresented and misunderstood invisible illness.
