I first heard about the Sussex Heart Charity when I was preparing to go into hospital for open heart surgery in January,  they provided an information
pack for heart patients covering pre-admission to rehab, which I lived by for three months. James Troughton had a heart attack last year and, like me, was cared for in Royal Sussex County Hospital, where we both benefited from the charity's work.
