I'm running the Dragon's Back Race, a 220 mile ultra race along the spine of Wales and including all the Welsh 3000's. Of course it's not as easy as that, I need to qualify, hence the reason this page has been created 2 years before the event. Qualifying will involve mountain marathons, ultra races and hill racing.
