Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, as I did in 2014, I am planning to once again don the Santa hat and high-viz vest to walk some distance to raise money for the 'Walking Home For Christmas' campaign.

'Walking Home for Christmas' is part of Home Straight, a WWTW programme to assist wounded, injured and sick veterans who have become homeless. They work with other professionals in the area of homelessness to provide employment solutions for veterans to enable them to move back into long term employment and independence, within a supported environment.

This year I will be walking the North Norfolk Coastal Path, which the eagle-eyed will realize is not strictly walking home. Also, I will be starting from Hunstanton on December 28th and plan to reach Cromer Pier on December 30th, which is after Christmas. However, since homelessness doesn't stop once Christmas is past, neither does the 'Walking Home for Christmas' campaign and so I won't either.
