Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My brother in law Ian Lauder was diagnosed with skin cancer in May 2017. The cancer was at this stage widespread. Ian died in April 2018. The last 3 months of Ian's life was spent in the St Vincent's Hospice in Howwood where he received outstanding care and the support given to his family was exactly what was needed at that very difficult time.

To enable St Vincent's to continue offering this support to other patients and families I am running the Manchester marathon on the 7th April 2019 with my friend Darren Ramsay, with all funds raised going to the hospice.
