Story

In the last two years my family has been touched twice by cancer and I am determined to help the children and families of those children affected by rare pediatric cancers by raising £2500 for Solving Kids Cancer.  This Four Race challenge, which starts with the London Marathon, will cover 177 miles in total over the next 4 months.

Solving Kids’ Cancer supports children and families affected by neuroblastoma, a rare form of paediatric cancer. There are around 100 new cases of neuroblastoma each year, of which children are predominantly under 5 years old. They provide a range of specialist support services to families affected by neuroblastoma designed to equip them with the knowledge and resources they need to fight this disease. They also fund the ground-breaking neuroblastoma research that is essential to push treatment forward and improve outcomes for children.

Both my family members affected by the illness love children so I can think of no worthy a cause to help....wish me luck!
