Story
In April 2018 I fulfilled a lifetime ambition by running the London Marathon. It was one of the proudest moments of my life and my friends and family lined the streets to cheer me on. However my sister-in-law was missing... She was in hospital having major surgery for Crohn's disease - a condition that's affected her family for generations.
I felt completely helpless... until I decided to run the London Marathon AGAIN for Crohn's and Colitis UK - a charity that supports around 300,000 that people suffer from the physically and emotional effects of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). And with your help, they're also hoping to find a cure!
I want to raise more than £2,500 to kick IBD where it hurts... I've already held three fundraising events (including a wedding dress charity ball) and I'm raising the much needed cash through my justgiving page.
Your support is hugely appreciated, and any contribution - big or small - will make a really big difference.
I want to make the marathon as easy as possible, and knowing I've got your backing will definitely get me over the line... Let's do this!
