This is a fund raise to ensure that older people aren’t forgotten, as many of them are unseen and unheard.

As part of this fund raise, I have already taken the ice bucket challenge and donating £10 for this cause.

I am now inviting all my friends and family to take the ice bucket challenge in support of this fund raise activity.
