I swore last time would be my last bungee jump fundraising at only 160ft it was scary enough, but here we go again at 400ft this time in August 2020! I am raising money for Hafal, a charity providing support for mental health in Wales. Through Covid-19, the charity has had to adapt services to keep with the guidelines and support people who were facing new challenges with the pandemic whilst ensuring they have PPE for staff. 
I am hoping to raise money to support the charity to keep up its amazing work throughout the whole of Wales and in such a variety of services, as the pandemic has brought forward issues with isolation, loneliness and leading to increased mental health issues with anxiety of the "new normal". Hafal's 2020 promise is to combat loneliness and this fundraising will help to make sure that this promise is kept in these uncertain times!

Videos will be posted on the 30th August! Anyone who knows me knows how terrified of heights I am, so be ready for screams and tears!
